Alamo Axle - Limited Axle Warranty

Purpose of this Warranty

This Limited Warranty explains what coverage applies to certain Alamo axles and suspension systems, and how to make a claim. It applies to products installed on units or trailers that are retail-sold on or after September 1, 2025 and purchased directly from Alamo Axle, its subsidiaries, or affiliates (called "we,""us," or "our" in this warranty).

Coverage is provided only to you - the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) that purchased the product directly from us —and only for products sold and used in the United States.

Coverage Periods

Grease and Oil Seals - 1 Year

Torsion Axles - 11 Years

We warrant that the covered products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of sale, unless they already have a separate warranty from another manufacturer.

What We Will Do

If a covered defect is found within the warranty period, we may, at our discretion:

Repair the product,

Replace it with a new or refurbished part, or Give a prorated refund for the defective portion.

Labor costs are not covered.

How to Make a Claim

You must notify us in writing of the defect within 30 days of discovering it.

In cases of accident, injury, or property damage involving the product, you must notify us within 30 days of the incident (or within 10 days of being notified yourself - whichever comes first).

Your written notice must include:

- Description of the defect

- Product location

- Full details about the problem

The product must remain unmodified and be available for our inspection.

Unauthorized modifications or late notice will void coverage.
